Howdy, just cleaning up my computer getting ready for a new semester...and portfolio time- here are some sketches from earlier this year.

Scrooge Reformed

Hey, figured I would post this- tis my take on Scrooge from a Christmas Carol after he has "changed his ways" -he is so irresistibly pleasant is he not?

Stop Motion Test

Hey all, here is a little stop motion test I did today in Stop Motion class. Practice for an up comming weight lift (or smash) assignment. It's kind of nice at the end of the day to play around with the puppets and just experiment without wasting paper! haha

WALL-E

Can you guess what movie I Saw last night? -- thats right, after a long night at canadian tire it was WALL-E that I viewed and what a piece of excellence it was too. I gotta say, I am quite happy with the movies that have come out this summer, with Indiana Jones, Iron Man, Kung Foo Panda(also awesome), Wall-E, Hancock (which rocked until the last half..) etc. (havent seen them all yet)

Here are some skecthes I did, mostly from memory and one picture- I love his pop-up eyebrows haha

Cousin Char

Here is a caricature I did of my cousin during a camping trip- The one being the original I drew on the island, and the other is a clean-up version with some shading (not too thrilled with the shading part but its on a separate layer anyway so I can remove it from the clean line if I so choose.)

if you notice.. he had his braces remove a couple days after I did the drawing, so when I cleaned it up I erased them lol.

Mr Tallon

I visited my old highschool the other day, they have a new wing which includes a media room and a green screen.. so I (naturally) had to take a look. I had brought some paper and a clipboard along so I ended up drawing one of the Teachers. This is Mr Tallon
